Yes, such actions are not prevalent there because the province has a very small number of Pashtun inhabitants.

The area has been very peaceful except when people from the very same district joined Talibananas and burned farmlands in the Eastern parts of the province and committed massacres in the Western parts.

stoning for a grave punishment is the law of GOd , not mankind. IT is the dam reason the so called democracy we ve kept aside frm Relgion.
