Can a person offer a prayer With different intentiön/niyat then the leader of the prayer like in following cases.
1. I entered the mosque when the Isha prayer had started. Can i join the prayer with the Niyat Of Maghrib Wajib and finish the prayer at 3rd Rak'at?
2. I entered the mosque when Asar had started. Can i join the prayer with niyat of Zohar?
3. Last night people were offering Qada prayers behind leader of the prayer. I had not offered Isha fard by that time. Could i join them with niyat of Fard Isha whle they were offering any of the daily Qada prayer?

yes regarding to Ayatullah Sistani and most of maraje, in Jama'ah prayer you're allowed to say any Wajib prayer with the jama'ah.

1- 2-3 yes you can say your Maqrib prayer with Isha Jama'at prayer.
you can say even your fajr prayer with that.
