The Mosque I go to every week is about an hour away from my house. Do I have to offer qasr prayers there even though I regularly go there?

salam Alaikum
the important is the distance between your house/town to the mosque.
if it's 45km far from your city , then it must be said Qasr.
or else it's not qasr.
