even studying 14 hours a day leaves u 10 hours to sleep and relax. most of us need between 6 and 10 hours sleep per day so u could still fit in 6 hrs of sleep even with that schedule. what on earth are you studying btw?

amphetamines cause dependence and by your own admission you have developed a tolerance because "they dont work on me any more".

how are u accessing them?

but uve developed a tolerance which tells me uve highly underestimated the amount and frequency ur taking

btw dependence is harmful if what ur dependent on is harmful.

its fine if u dont want to talk about it but just have a think about what ur doing.

Lol i highly doubt i have developed tolerance. I dont think you are getting this: 5 mg amph once in 2 weeks in no way can cause dependence or tolerance. You have to understand the criteria for dependence, this is straight from my notes:

Teri nisbat say ye Islam bhala lagta hai

Meray dil ko ye ilzam bhala lagta hai

aha , so thats the guided meditation?

It could be, :P and I second Ruqaya's advice about listening to those "relaxation tracks on there like wave sounds, rain, thunderstorms, stuff like that".

Like she said there's tons of them on YouTube, and it's only a simple matter to make an MP3 of them and listen to them at bedtime.
Personally, I love the calming sound of the ocean waves hitting the beach and also the soothing sound of falling raindrops.

Heres a rain relaxation vid:

If youre going to use a guided meditation, i suggest searching for one well before bedtime, other wise you could end up looking for ages and getting frustrated. If you dont find one you like specifically for sleep or insomnia, just try ones for relaxation and de-stressing. Alot of them are of a person talking with some sound/music in the background, but it could take a while to find one you like, as some of the voices/noises they use can be a bit irritating or non-relaxing unfortunately.

stay awake all night and don't sleep during the day either, so by the next night, you'll be really tired and you'll fall asleep easily. good luck :)

I aslo do that when im having a sleepless night i try not to take rest in day time and other night u will get ur sleep as it reset ur sleep cyle but sometime its really hard on ur body but if u could bear do that untill ur mind gets u in sleep mode :)
I have tried relaxtion music but it dosn't works.
Lassi, milk etc aslo didn't worked for me as addicted to caffeine.

Is there something that is bothering you subconsciously? If there is something that is bothering try to get to the root of the problem so you can finally relax and get some sleep.

For sleep remedies I would put some Quraan on or classical music like Mozart & Chopin. You can also listen to some  beautiful duaas that tend to calm your soul and put it to ease. These are the methods that I personally use.

Also, reading the last verse from Surah al-Kahf is also beneficial.

Warning: STAY AWAY from any sleeping drugs or any unnatural method to help you to go to sleep. These methods will harm you more than help you.
