wana lose weight cant do exercises due to my knee prob my weight is now days 65kg i want 55kg

4- targets are heart brain and liver
5-forget about the calories
6-forget about diets
7-forget about gym
8-if you have no self respect , this wont work
9- if you have no will power this wont work
10- i'd rather not enjoy the food ,i want to enjoy my health
