I worked out. I am cover in sweats. I am waiting for my brother to get out of the shower.

"And keep yourself patient [by being] with those who call upon their Lord in the morning and the evening, seeking His countenance. And let not your eyes pass beyond them, desiring adornments of the worldly life, and do not obey one whose heart We have made heedless of Our remembrance and who follows his desire and whose affair is ever [in] neglect." (18:28)

lose weight cant do exercises due to my knee prob my weight is now days 65kg i want 55kg

i'm already toned up but want to loose some weight now................. i usually do push ups and running when I dont have time for gym

What is "the world" except the forgetfulness of God.

It is not family, possessions, wife and children.

steps i took to change my diet to get a healthy body
goal = reach the 80s without diabetes hypertension or cancer , be as strong as the queen of england lol

1- changes should be gradula to allow adaptation process to take place
2- changes should not be expected to be final non elastic no step back at times , it is a journey , long one , but changes should aim towrds consistant improvemnt in  health
3-muscles and stomach are not the target of this change nor the ones that will make the changes
4- targets are heart brain and liver
5-forget about the calories
6-forget about diets
7-forget about gym
8-if you have no self respect , this wont work
9- if you have no will power this wont work
10- i'd rather not enjoy the food ,i want to enjoy my health
