And there we go again. The well-known fatwa of Khomeini:

لا يجوز وطء الزوجة قبل إكمال تسع سنين، دواماً كان النكاح أو منقطعا ، وأما سائر الاستمتاعات كالمس بشهوة والضم والتفخيذ فلا بأس بها حتى في الرضيعة "

Is this not against Fitrah and why is it allowed? Can someone explain this for me.

Can you please translate it, or at least give some details as what is being issued by Khomeini?

"For everything there is weighing and measuring except tears. One tear drop can extinguish oceans of fire. If the eyes flood with tears, the face will not suffer hardship and humiliation. When tears flow out, Allah forbids them from the Fire. And if a person weeps in a nation, such nation will receive favors."

A Man is not allowed to have intercourse with his wife, until she turns 9 years, whether temporary or permanent marriage. Other acts are actually allowed (then he gives some examples) even if the girl is still little.

(salam)

It is not about what Khomeini wanted. This is a Fiqh aspect and all the Islamic schools agree on this fatwa (as far as I know). What I wanted to know the reason why our Shar' allowed it. And can Fiqh be in contradiction with fitrah? It is confusing.
