Bad morning breath?
First brush your teeth , then try 2 spoons of Yogurt with cultured live bacteria before you go to sleep. Do not brush your teeth after ingesting the yogurt.
It is my opinion that the bacteria present in yogurt do not produce the smelly sulfur compounds like the bacteria found in the mouth (as part of the natural flora). I believe that introducing yogurt bacteria and allowing them to multiply increases bacterial competition for nutrients. This might limit the growth of bacteria that produce the smelly compounds, thus reducing morning breath.
Always brush your teeth in the morning because excessive bacterial growth can cause a number of health issues.
Please share your experience if you have tried this. Again, this practice may cause cavities - So perhaps a honeymoon thing.
