Well okay... in the sense that its the common middle eastern misinterp for a lamb or beef burger (ie everywhere you go in Iran they call a lamb-burger a ham-burger)! But we all know that ham itself is a type of pig meat thus in the west we should know better.
As for the cheese... its optional.
Ham in itself is not a "type of pig meat", it is a
cut of meat - and Ham can come from other animals, for example chicken or turkey ham.
A "hamburger" has nothing to do with pig meat - even in the West.
The only burger that can come close to resembling a "pig meat" burger is a pork burger.
Ham is just a slice of meat, and bacon is just strips.
