Alsalam alikum,
One of my friends, who want to convert to Islam soon insha Allah, told me that she wants me to tell her more about Salafi, so I tried to search about some articles, but I couldn't find good one, I want one tht was written by shia, so can you help me please?
I should mention that my friend is reading the book( Then I was guided) as I sent her a copy in Dutch to read it online, she told me that she likes the way that the book is written, so after she finished one chapter of this book, she sent me many questions.
I hope that someone can help me here.

أللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّد وَآلِهِ وَمَتِّعْنِي بِالاقْتِصَادِ، وَاجْعَلْنِي مِنْ أَهْلِ السَّدَادِ، وَمِنْ أَدِلَّةِ الرَّشَادِ، وَمِنْ صَالِحِي الْعِبَادِ، وَارْزُقْنِي فَوْزَ الْمَعَادِ، وَسَلاَمَةَ الْمِرْصَادِ. أللَّهُمَّ خُذْ لِنَفْسِكَ مِنْ نَفْسِي مَـا يُخَلِّصُهَـا، وَأَبْق لِنَفْسِي مِنْ نَفْسِي مَـا يُصْلِحُهَا فَإنَّ نَفْسِي هَالِكَةٌ أَوْ تَعْصِمَهَا. أَللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ عُدَّتِي إنْ حَزَنْتُ، وَأَنْتَ مُنْتَجَعِي إنْ حُرِمْتُ، وَبِكَ استِغَاثَتِي إنْ كَرِثْتُ، وَعِنْدَكَ مِمَّا فَاتَ خَلَفٌ، وَلِمَا فَسَدَ صَلاَحٌ، وَفِيمَا أنْكَرْتَ تَغْييرٌ. فَامْنُنْ عَلَيَّ قَبْلَ الْبَلاءِ بِالْعَافِيَةِ، وَقَبْلَ الطَّلَبِ بِالْجِدةِ، وَقَبْلَ الضَّلاَلِ بِالرَّشَادِ، وَاكْفِنِي مَؤُونَةَ مَعَرَّةِ الْعِبَادِ، وَهَبْ لِيْ أَمْنَ يَوْمِ الْمَعَادِ، وَامْنَحنِي حُسْنَ الارْشَادِ.

Imam Ja`far as-Sadiq [a] said:
"For everything there is weighing and measuring except tears. One tear drop can extinguish oceans of fire. If the eyes flood with tears, the face will not suffer hardship and humiliation. When tears flow out, Allah forbids them from the Fire. And if a person weeps in a nation, such nation will receive favors."
