Is the lemon/ginger tea herbal? i had herbal ginger tea on friday was okay. and nice touch with the pg tips decaf. If you have that for brekkie everyday or most days then you must be one active person. i have the most f****d up eating routine, i wake up in the afternoon like 1/2 pm, pray then have breakfast which consists of porridge and tea. i then have lunch after maghrib and isha prayers which is at 6 pm. then have dinner at 10/11 pm. then stay awake at nigth and maybe have some midnigth snack. im a rebel :)

Its just a few teaspoons of lemon juice with water and if i put ginger then i slice some fresh ginger very thinly, its just for the cleansing effects. They say you should have one at night too but i never fancy it then. Are you an insomniac? i get sleep issues also :( its so horrible when you cant sleep.

i would like to be called an insomniac, sounds cool, but no im not one. i just sleep late cos im not used to sleeping early. i only sleep early when im tired or when i ve got exams the next day. proper insomniacs needing sleeping tablets dont they. Are you an insomniac or are you just like me?

Its more a case of odd sleeping hours for you then. Insomnia is when you have trouble getting to sleep or staying a sleep, you really dont want that! alhamdullillah its not a constant problem with me, but i get bouts of it, like for a few days or at worst up to a week.

oh, thats bad, u should consider getting sleeping tablets. actually you dont want to get those tablets cos u might get addicted or could have some side affects. You should try listening to peaceful recitations of The Holy Qur'an, maybe its the best solution. It might help you sleep and also you'll be listening to Qur'an so maybe get some good deeds too.

I have tried sleeping tablets before (ones Dr gave my mum) but they dont seem to make so much difference to how quickly i get to sleep and if i wake up after a coupl of hours i have the same problem. Plus my quality of sleep is much inferior on a tablet. I do listen to Quran yes :) it is so very soothing (i have app on ipod), but when i fall asleep i feel bad, like its somehow disrespectful you know? So i try and catch myself as im starting to doze off and stop it playing, but sometimes that weird thing happens where you dont realise youre falling asleep and then suddenly youre asleep >.<

LOL, yeah you dont realise when you go to sleep and if you feel you're about to go to sleep and close the audio(in this case the app) then sometimes your sleep goes away. i dont think its disrespectful though. But yh im very sorryyyyyy OP for going off topic. my sincere appologies.

Isn't that too heavy to eat for breakfast every single day? :donno:

Do not walk proudly on the earth; your feet cannot tear apart the earth, nor are you as tall as the mountains.

This is how breakfast looks like every morning, having two or three biscuits on my way to the clinic.

No wonder why I feel so tired all the time, lack of healthy nutrition.
