Well, the lemon tea is just lemon and hot water (sometimes ginger also), this is something my nana always did, its supposed to cleanse your system and help digestion and what have you. Then i wait a bit, like 15-30 mins and then have the normal tea (PG Tips decaf) with the food.
Is the lemon/ginger tea herbal? i had herbal ginger tea on friday was okay. and nice touch with the pg tips decaf. If you have that for brekkie everyday or most days then you must be one active person. i have the most f****d up eating routine, i wake up in the afternoon like 1/2 pm, pray then have breakfast which consists of porridge and tea. i then have lunch after maghrib and isha prayers which is at 6 pm. then have dinner at 10/11 pm. then stay awake at nigth and maybe have some midnigth snack. im a rebel

Just curious, if you don't mind telling (if you do, I can understand!
), are you Pakistani/Indian? Nana is the word for grandfather in Urdu so made me think you are...
i think she was referring to the english term nana which means mum's mum if im correct. she sounds more like arab to me than pakistani.
