Certain foods we consume are prone to giving us digestion problems such as:
Wind (which comes from the stomach and is expelled from the mouth) and
Gas (which accumilates in the bowels and is released from the crack)
...and should it be trapped then even worse.
Which foods cause it and why, any suggestions pls? Or should I say any home remedies pls?
ps I personally advice you about boiled eggs (especially expired ones) and under-cooked pulses (especially beans).
