looool, ya its my own variation of the cliche. and yh it was meant as a jke, but there responsibilities.
as you pointed out, one of them is grab things of the top shlef, i do this for my mum alot. aslo, last december, when everyone was leaving the mosque, this random guy asked me to get his shoes from the top shelf for him. theres many more i.e, cat stuck in a tree, but i ahvent come across it.   sorry for going off topic.

Yes, but only so long as those 'tall girls' are not tall enough to equal or go above their guys' heights. If they are taller than the guy then there's a problem. To some men it is intimidating and kind of off-putting.

The complete opposite for me. Thank God the rest of the world apart from the special United States uses feet and inches instead of those unintelligible cm and m Same with their penchant for Fahrenheit scale which also doesn't make sense to the rest of the world!

I do like tall girls, so long as they are a couple or more inches shorter than me. I am 5'10" which is sort of global average for men so I think my preference is reasonably justified?

I don't want to adopt a baby of a wife stuck at 5'1" (no disrespect to short ones), neither I want a girl taller than me as it would make me insecure.

I do think that men's average height is on the decline - making it all the more difficult for taller girls to find equal or taller matches.
