Salaam.

Aubergines... whether they are pickled or relished, fryed, grilled, mashed or stuffed, they are good!
I need a basic recipe to serve for a guest!!! Any suggestions?
Please make it simple!

Baba ghonoush is very good. I usually order it from good Arabic restaurant because it takes too much time to make it real good.

I've made it at home. I follow the usual recipe. But like I said, I don't enjoy making this dish at home.

Eggplants... they're called eggplants here.

On a more serious note! Have any of you tried the aubergines (it's so weird calling eggplants aubergines) with yogurt, garlic and mint??
