Salam,

Im looking for a simple cooking book in farsi which can teach a amateur and untalented boy! A book which isnt too much, or too big and has simple delicious food in it.

Any suggestions?

Just google the recipes.

You can type the Persian names on google, and 100% sure, some Iranian lady out there, has already posted a blog of the recipe. There are millions of them for every dish.

^ Tsk tsk; dissing the mother country?

Anyhow, what about as an Iranian Brit?

So I'm half-ashamed; at least I'm half-proud.

I think I will try making this from that blog

http://turmericsaffr...aher-polow.html (javaher polow)

and

http://turmericsaffr...-eggplants.html (mirza ghasemi)

Are these recipes accurate before I try to make it? Or should I do something else?

The mirza ghasemi one is accurate, I'm not sure about the other one as I've never had it before.
