A short clip and translation by memri.

Syrian Oppositionist Mamoun Al-Homsi

I salute the heroic Syrian people. I salute the heroes of Syria, the Sunnis of Syria. I salute you, brave men, defenders of your faith and your country.

From this day on, you despicable Alawites, either you renounce Al-Assad, or else Syria will become your graveyard. Enough of your silence, enough of killing of Sunnis. From this day on, we will not remain silent. An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth.

I swear that if you do not renounce that gang and those killings, we will teach you a lesson that you will never forget. We will wipe you out from the land of Syria.

From this day on, we will not be silent. We will turn Syria into the graveyard of Alawites, if they do not stop the killing. Down with the despicable political Shia.

______________________________________

This is the opposition in Syria. They want all other people to die. A full massacre of Alawites and Shias. Where in the world have you seen where opposition groups come and name another sects and ethnics and declare war on them? Have you seen any opposition in Bahrain calling stuffs like these on Sunnis, even though Sunnis are supporting al-khalifa while in Syria it is not only Alawits but majority of Baathist minded Sunnis are supporting Assad as well. Have you seen in Iraq in the last 3 decades where Shias say something like this?

WHO IS SECTARIAN?

Syria's MB claims Damascus bombings

Sat Dec 24, 2011 11:24AM GMT
Posted Image
The wreckage of a car used by a bomber is seen at the site of the attack which
targeted the Syrian General Intelligence headquarters in Damascus on December 23.

Syria's Muslim Brotherhood has claimed responsibility for two deadly bombings in the capital Damascus as Syrians are mourning the victims of the terrorist attacks.

"One of our victorious Sunni brigades was able to target the state security building in Kfar Suseh in the heart of the Omayyad capital Damascus," the group said in a statement on its official website on Saturday.

The “successful operation carried out by four of our kamikazes drawn from the best of our glorious men, leaving many dead and wounded from the ranks of the Assad gangs,” it added.

The terrorist attacks that hit Damascus on Friday killed at least 55 people and injured more than 100 people.

Explosives on two booby-trapped cars were detonated within minutes of each other Friday morning, one outside the main headquarters of the General Intelligence Agency and the other in the vicinity of a branch of the military intelligence.

Most of the victims are reported to be civilians, but casualties also included military and security personnel.

Meanwhile, thousands of people on Saturday staged a massive funeral for the victims of Friday bombings.

Chanting slogans in support of Syrian President Bashar al-Asad, mourners carried coffins of victims into the eighth-century Omayyad Mosque in downtown Damascus.

The blasts happened as an Arab league delegation was visiting Damascus to help end months of violence in Syria.

Syria has been experiencing unrest since mid-March, with demonstrations being held both against and in favor of President Bashar al-Assad. Hundreds of people, including security forces, have been killed in the turmoil.

While the West and the Syrian opposition accuse the government of the killings, Damascus blames ''outlaws, saboteurs and armed terrorist groups'' for the unrest that erupted in mid-March, insisting that it is being orchestrated from abroad.

In interviews with Israeli news outlets over the past few months, the Syrian opposition members have clearly expressed their vision for the future of Syria and their interest in establishing ties with the Tel Aviv regime.

However, Syrian people have repeatedly expressed solidarity with the government. Figures show that during the past weeks, about 12 million people have demonstrated in support of al-Assad.

This is a covert Wahhabi revolution, sectarianism is on the rise and we have closet homosexuals like 'Ar'our threatening shi'ite activists with the sword.

Things seem to be going nicely in the Middle East.

Syria’s Muslim Brotherhood denies claiming Damascus attacks

Syria’s Muslim Brotherhood has denied any involvement in Friday’s bomb attack in Damascus that killed 44 people, Al Arabiya reported Saturday afternoon.

The spokesman for Syria’s Muslim Brotherhood, Zuhair Salem said the claim was on a fake website created by the regime.

Salem, speaking from London, said the claim was “completely fabricated under our name on the Internet.”

It was “completely orchestrated by the regime, just as the attacks were,” he added.

Earlier, AFP reported the Muslim Brotherhood as accepting responsibility for the attack based on a statement on its website which read: “One of our victorious Sunni brigades was able to target the state security building in Kfar Suseh in the heart of the Omayyad capital Damascus in a successful operation carried out by four of our kamikazes drawn from the best of our glorious men, leaving many dead and wounded from the ranks of the Assad gangs.”

The regime of President Bashar al-Assad had said on Friday that the bombings were the work of al-Qaeda.

The opposition Syrian National Council claims that the regime had carried them out.

When asked to comment on the opposition’s claim, Deputy Foreign Minister Faisal Meqdad told reporters at one of the bomb sites on Friday that, “Anyone who makes such allegations is a criminal.”
At least 44 people were killed in the twin bomb attacks, most of the dead were civilians.

State television said that “several soldiers and a large number of civilians were killed in the two attacks carried out by suicide bombers in vehicles packed with explosives against bases of state security and another branch of the security services.”

A delegation of Arab League officials visited the sites of two explosions in Damascus on Friday to inspect damage, Syrian state television said.

A member of the Arab League team, contacted by telephone by Reuters, did not give details of the group’s movements but did say members were holding meetings.

Arab League monitors are to meet Syria’s Foreign Minister Walid Muallem on Saturday to discuss ways to implement the plan which aims to end the violence in the country.

The TWO videos are faked? Made by Iranians... These two Sunni guys on video clips are Iranian agents working for PressTv?

So, one day they take responsibility and the next day they deny? Or their masters told them to learn some politics and publicly do not claim responsibility for terrorist acts just to look more like those seeking democratic reforms!

What about the TWO videos above? An opposition politician and then this cleric barking from Saudi? Aren't they saying worse than this bombing? They are speaking of mass murdering an entire sect and you try to proof that the bombing is not done by Takfiris. This bombing is nothing compare to what they already announced would do, IF they gain some power.

And yes, there is no other group to carry out these kinds of bombings in Syria or Iraq, except Sunni Takfiris who are kissing the feet of Zionists in Kurdistan and in exile in France and Turkey to conspire against Iraqi and Syrian governments.

If Bashar al-Assad is overthrown, it's clear there will be a massacre of Alawites. After that, Lebanese Hezbollah will be in the firing line, then Iraq, then Iran, then it will spread to Turkey and Saudi Arabia.--- Ali Yeral of the Ehli Beyt Association of Antakya Alawites.

Noah, didn't you read the article? The Muslim Brotherhood nor did al-Qaeda ever claim responsibility for the bombings. The Syrian regime set up a fake news story on a site under the Brotherhood's name. It wasn't an authentic website. The Syrian regime carried out the bombings.

al-Homsi is speaking independently, not for the national Syrian opposition. He is an exiled political figure who has spent time in Syrian jail for speaking up against the regime. Again, you show another Israeli-Memri video. I can find Shiite clerics on Youtube cursing Sunnis, but I'm not childish enough like you to say they represent all Shiites.

As for the second video with SYRIAN Sheikh al-Aroor, I have already defended it. He said innocent Alawites are Syrian and have nothing to fear. It is the Alawites (that rule the Syrian regime) with BLOOD on their hands that will face retribution. Which country wouldn't punish murderers? This is normal. Iran kills off any murderers too.

Your attempts to discredit the Syrian revolution is full of false propaganda.

Of course!

What country, what revolutionaries ever planned and announced their plans NAMING A SECT and an entire segment of the soceity to be slaughtered? Their crime is pronounced as being 'Allawites'. You can never defend or explain, why someone would call on people to watch for other people who follow certain 'sect' and then judge them on the basis of sects and ethnicity.

Independent or dependent, that is what they are. They are either in France in exile forming a government, in Turkey getting terrorist trainings and building offices or exporting terrorists and weapons from Saudi.

Video of Shias cursing is equal to what these people say? lol
Go and embarrass yourself further more.. Bring me a video of a Shia scholar or politician from any country, even in Iran where powerful Shia government controls everything...where any of them said that they'll slaughter Sunnis or Christians or any other sect or religion in any kind of war, or protest or any conflict. The fact is that you people are wild. That is your sectarian tradition to kill and spread your beliefs by gangs and force.. but once you face the real force like that of Israelis then, the entire people and countries from east to west kiss their feet.

What slaughtering of entire segments are you speaking of? The Syrian national opposition never has said anything like that. In fact, they have asked Alawites to join them (and yes, there are some Alawites against the regime). No one is slaughtering innocent Alawites and anyone who does doesn't represent the Syrian Muslims. However, going after murderers who worked for the Syrian regime or their militias should happen.

Stop spreading this fear propaganda. Alawites have been around for over 1,000 years living under Sunnis.

And Noah, look at you using selective quotes to fulfill your propaganda. You maliciously ignored the following sentences I wrote, you cunning person:

"He said innocent Alawites are Syrian and have nothing to fear. It is the Alawites (that rule the Syrian regime) with BLOOD on their hands that will face retribution. Which country wouldn't punish murderers? This is normal. Iran kills off any murderers too."

The ones whom you are defending on the videos, the ones who took arms, the ones who plant bombs and send suicide bombers. Now, it was probably an Alawite youth or a Christian who blown himself? Ummmm, I don't think so!

And don't even start on the history stuffs (especially the first centuries of Islam).. We all know the initial sect of Egyptians, Tunisians, Libyans and those in North Africa and some regions of the ME... Who were forced to leave their Ismailia sect after Fatimids, slaughtered in some cases and most were converted by force to Sunni Islam.

Noah, obviously you are a cold-hearted person. Over 6,000 Muslims (with hundreds of children and women) have been slaughtered and over 10,000 are being tortured or dead in jail, yet you have no ounce of sympathy for them. I have not heard you say one thing about them.

All you can do is claim this false "suicide bombers" all the time to try to stir up support. You're no different than the Zionists.

Who said I don't care for the innocent people who died in Syria? I am not falling for simple propaganda like you, I am not pointing the finger only towards Assad. Same thing on Libya, almost the majority of Shias were happy for Gaddafi's fall because of the case of Imam Musa Sadr. But, for me the women and children who died by the hands of armed gangs were as important as Imam Musa Sadr. And siding with NATO and forming a puppet government in exile was another thing which discredit the gangs in Libya. Same thing in this case, your sectarian creeds blinded you to see every single crime as done by Assad and his government whom you call (Alawites killer, Iranian agents) while every action done by Takfiri Zionist puppet is considered a good revolutionary act in your eyes (who God forbid cannot commit crimes).

Any bad thing happens by the Syrian government or any government is condemned, but you cannot escape the reality that majority of killings and bombings and kidnappings are done by criminal armed groups in Syria. The government has no INTEREST, no NEED to kill women and children or kidnap people and get inhuman blames while ruling a country. They are the ones who announce hatreds and speeches like these videos, not Syrian government.

And then there are some hypocrites who see the world from their lenses of bigotry and mindlessness and I have no intention to make friends with them either here or out there.

'What dictators prescribe, hilarious'

Posted Image
Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad

Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad says the “funniest [yet most] pathetic joke” is seeing a group of dictators gather to issue a resolution against another country demanding free elections.

In an inauguration ceremony for a number of development projects in the Qom on Monday, President Ahmadinejad said hegemonic powers have equipped and mobilized certain regional states to suppress a group of people in the region.

“These dictators issue resolutions against a country and tell that country to establish a democracy and hold free elections,” he said.

“Yet, someone must ask them whether they have ever held elections themselves.”

Ahmadinejad said, “We possess information that their turn is coming up immediately and in two to three years there will be no trace of many of the lousy dictators.”

PressTv
__________________________________________

Joke of the century! The dictators of Bahrain, Saudi, Qatar, UAE and many more are issuing resolutions against Syria. The same dictators who have no clue what an election is and have killed or imprisoned thousands of people over 'peaceful' protests. At least in Syria the government is fighting armed terrorist groups! At least in Syria the government is anti-Zionist. And at least in Syria the government never went after specific sects and never demolished mosques.

Turkish party slams meddling in Syria

Leader of Turkey's Felicity Party Mustafa Kamalak says any military intervention in Syria would damage peace and security in the Middle East, Press TV reports.
He closely observed the situation in Syria during a recent visit to the Arab country.

"The main goal of our visit was to have established peace in the Middle East and Muslim World, especially through preventing Western intervention in the country. We don't want the massacres that have been committed in Iraq to be repeated in Syria," Kamalak told reporters at a news conference in Ankara.

Heading a delegation from his party during his visit to Syria, Kamalak held talks with Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and several Syrian officials.

He said that the Syrian president had told the members of the delegation that he did not want them to paint a rosy picture of the situation in Syria and had said that he only expected them to reflect the reality they have witnessed in the country.

Kamalak said that journalists who had accompanied him and his delegation in Syria will share their observation with the public.

Some of the correspondents who had visited Syria say that what they witnessed in the country was different from what they were told by Turkish media.

The party's visit to Syria comes as the Turkish government seems to be determined to continue its pressure on the Syrian government.

Turkey's Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu announced Turkish sanctions against Syria in November 2011.

The Felicity Party says that the ongoing crisis in relations between Ankara and Damascus will damage the interests of both countries.

he said for those alawis who choose to join us then they will be left unharmed and those who dont there will be consequences . however he also notes that 85-86 percent of the syrian population is sunni. clearly that figure is overwhelming . now if this figure is true then why cant they overthrow the asaad government . hmmm perhaps because its not only the alawi who support them . good we have established that . now if its not only the alawis who support the asaad government why have no threats been given to other sects and or religions .... so once again im sorry to say it seems to be a secretarian issue rather than a political . now you can give me all of your figures from whatever source you choose to find . quite frankly it will not change my mind , you may call that arrogance . i call that common sense :)
