(salam)
Following up with the signs of our beloved Ahlul-Bayt, it's clear Sufyani comes out of Syria after disputes happen among three sides.
Now, quoting from the book "Asr-Al-Zahoor"

Sufyani who will be from the offspring of Muawiah ibn-e-Abu Sufiyan

Now in the "Free Syria Army", theres a Baltimore who's name is: Moawiyah Bin Abi Sufian
Coincidence?

 What do you guys think? AM i just crazy

And it was not [possible] for this Qur'an to be produced by other than God , but [it is] a confirmation of what was before it and a detailed explanation of the [former] Scripture, about which there is no doubt, from the Lord of the worlds.

Or do they say [about the Prophet], "He invented it?" Say, "Then bring forth a verse like it and call upon [for assistance] whomever you can besides God , if you should be truthful."

- Surat Yunus Ayat 37-38

All these devil worshipper Salafis have this obsession with the [Edited Out]ized clan of Sufyan and muawiah. There names are always like this. I have met Palestinians with names such as yazid.

Salam Aleikum

In the book of Ali Korani, he mentions that his exit from the beginning to the end would take fifteen months. Since March 2011 there has been unrest in syria. Fifteen month later I think Sufyani will show himself, as I've heard that he will appear in Rajab. Well 15 month from March 2011 is May 2012, which is Rajab. Just speculations.

They are the offspring of same guys who joined Muawayias rebellion against Imam Ali (as) so its not surprising

Iraq on Sunday warned Arab countries against supplying weapons and financial support to rebels fighting to oust Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, saying such moves risked escalating the conflict.

Quote

Iraq's Shi'ite-led government has adopted a more moderate position onSyria than Sunni Gulf neighbors Qatar and Saudi Arabia which have advocated supplying arms to the Syrian rebels.

If Assad were to lose power, Iraqi Shi'ite leaders are worried their own country's fragile sectarian balance among Shi'ite, Sunni and Kurds could be unsettled, especially if a hardline Sunni regime replaced the Assad government.

This could explain later events and the attack on Iraq.
