question set 2 of 3
very true words. i believe that the hadith state that 50 of the 313 will be women? allahu aalim. we know that the time will be the most difficult period for shia in history, and all we will have is each other.
it seems more and more likely that society will collapse soon and anarchy will reign - just like the times of jahaliyyah - before his return. we do not know how long that will be chaos, but we know it wont be a walk in the park. it is interesting that you said nursing as one of the skills. what transferrable skills do you have, or are you looking to gain, which will benefit either yourself, your family, community or our nation in the difficulties before the rise/ during the return? things like first aid, basic electronics/ plumbing and living off the land are the sort of things im thinking of.
Bismillah Alrahaman Alraheem.
Salam Alaikom : )
There are some hadiths that mention 50 women..others that mention 13 .. not quite sure which one is the right one lol.
Even though they say that ''Islam is the most growing religion of the world'' the amount of atheists and those people who do not practice their religion are increasing and they still beat the amount of muslims in the world..so our duty (everyone here) is to convey the message of peace to everyone like i said in the last set of questions . The skills we're looking to gain is ''Success'' in all the fields.. and the secret of ''success'' is to work HARD. Yes, it may seem hard at the begining ,but we'll get used to it and being successful would be a piece of cake at the end. We're also all looking for discipline ..there's that amazing quote i found on the internet the other say, it said ''The price of discipline is always less than the price of regrets''. So if we think that being disciplined is hard..we're right but it's much easier than a regretful result. We also need educated muslims in all the fields, whether it's in science or in social.. Preferrably social according to Ayatollah Khomeini, it's through this program that we can spread the message of islam because that's where we study all the aspects around it (politics, religion, psychology , history...)
true. and remember he will reveal the meaning of "alef laam meem" as a proof. if for whatever reason he rises and you are not immediately summoned to him, but remain where you live, how will you serve him and his cause in the place where you live? I will grab a pen and start doing your job (interviewing the people around the place).
everyone can find any business to serve imam Mahdi : )
inshallah - i hope that you get the chance to do ziarah of all 13 masumeen every single year of your life.
tell us about the first time you stood on baynul haramein, did you go with a group, who were you with, what went through your mind? did you go to tilla zainabia? did you do ghusl/ wudhu in the furat?
what was it like standing in front of ameerul momineen
? did you feel his magnificence?
inshaAllah , i wish this to you too and to everyone reading this.. Be Haq Mohamedin Wa Ale Mohamed.
When i stood baynul haramein, it was on the 2nd of rajab (my hijri birthday

) ..the same day when we arrived to karbala.
I was alone because I lost both of my parents..i found them after 30 minutes . I was going to cry.
That same day, it was really crowded because Bassim Alkarbalaie was there to give his latmya show..
I do not remember exactly what i was thinking of...but I know that next time I'll go ..I'll think of the imam and will look for him everywhere ...
as for najaf, i went there , but i didn't enter inside the Haram for some reasons .. I just went around and it was huge . . i wish i was more knowledgeable in Islam when i was 13...
mash'Allah. it seems that the best way to teach people is to speak in their language. these days where everything is done on tv and the internet, it is a shame that there are so few TV serials/ films on this subject. this is partly why "the arrivals" was such a destructive force for many peoples faiths. how would you direct a movie/ documentary on this subject? what would be the content/ storyline? how would it be different to others? indeed, the best way to spread the message nowadays is through the peoples language..it is through facebook/twitter that everything , including the marvelous hadeeth get spread.
The best way to direct a movie on this subject is to avoid rhetorical devices. In the film ''the arrival'' , i have noticed their method which is to scare people in order NOT to let them reason critically ,so the viewers can just directly believe in whatever they're told and what usually happens is that after a while, they don't believe in it anymore because they ''got over it''
role play time. how would you answer these questions from your child
- how do we know Allah is real?
- how do we know the imams are real?
- whats the point of religion?
Yay ! Role play
LittleEnlight: How do we know Allah is real?
MotherEnlight:we always need a creator for everything. Let's take this house as an example *points at a random house* , this house had a creator and it's the same thing for life.. it also had a creator.
LittleEnlight: Yea but who's the creator of the creator ?
MotherEnlight: Everything is relative according to atheists, therefore it has a beginning and an end..it is confined to space and time and it is composed of matter, but the problem is that nothing can not come from nothing by nothing, therefore it needs an absolute. The absolute is god. the difference between absolute and relative is that absolute is not confined to space and time and nor does it need to be made of matter to god because he is absolute, he is just. meaning to him ,there is no yesterday, no tomorrow, no before, no after and just a ''now''. While on relative, there is going to be birth and death. Therefore, Allah is absolute to the universe because relativity can not exist without absolute.
Little Enlight: Yea okay...but how about the Imams ?! prove me that they're real now
MotherEnlight: Allah does not test us without guides or role models, these prophets made their trace and their footsteps are in all the books (Judaisme,Christianity and Islam) . I can also bring you to egypt to show you the head of Imam Hussain

that was cut on the day of Ashura by Yazeed...we'll have fun at the same time.
Little Enlight ; YAYY !!! *gets excited* but mom, i need to know the whole point of religion before going there !!!
Mother Enlight : When the first civilization started in iraq, the humans were following the code of Hamourabi and the greeks were doing stuff that were inacceptable . The prophet was not sent at that time with the Quran in between his hands so these people were following their desires (just like we have today) Later, religion came and brought peace to the people.. it was a solution that condemned the practice of Fetna and that obligated peace. The meaning of Islam means '' peace '' and ''submission to the lord'' , we are not only muslims, we are monotheist .
Little Enlight : what do you mean ''Monotheists''? how about the Christians ?
Mother Enlight : we all belong to one same religion , it's just that islam is the conclusion of All. the word '' Judaisme'' means ''Follower of judas'' , the word ''Christianity '' means ''the Christ's awaiter'' and the word islam means '' Submission to the only one'' . If I bring Prophet Mosa who was alive during judaisme and i ask him about his religion, he would reply ''My religion is the submission of the lord'' , because that poor man was not alive by the time this tribute decided to call themselves '' Jew ''
sounds great, be sure to share it with everyone! do you write any other blogs? are there any that you can show us?
inshaAllah I will share it

I have a youtube account that is almost empty , but inshaAllah I am working on it . We need more Duas on the internet .
you are writing an actual book? tell us more?
A diary dedicated to Imam Mahdi. I don't know if I should publish it..it taught me a lot and I'm sure it would teach a lot of people ...
little secret : the Imam DOES read whatever you write...
If i would publish it, i won't write my name.. it doesn't belong to me , it belongs to the Imam. .
or maybe i can just go to jamkaran and make a whole and hide it there.
personally for me, i would have loved to have been present most of all on two occasions - the wedding of imam ali
to bibi paak (sa), and secondly the event of ghadeer and the 3 days which followed. the story of how and why the masjid jamkaran was built is amazing. do you know of it? Very nice

inshaAllah You'll be present in other special occasions such as the Duhoor of the imam.
and yes the history : It all started from a shiekh that stayed near the mountains (the borders of Qom) to pray salatul Layl each night..he then slept there and one day, he had a dream of the Naib (hussain ibn rowh i believe) telling him that the Imam always visits these mountains and stays here and that it's his place so instead of moving , he had to create a Masjid by the name of ''Jamkaran''
the imam goes there each tuesday ..My cousin went there 2 years ago and she was really hungry (she's about my age)...she just stayed near the mosque and waiting for someone to bring food (she wanted rice and 3adass ,, iraqi meal )
and after a few minutes, she told me that a man came and gave her exactly what she wanted..
i told her '' was it the imam ?'' she said '' i don't know''.
if a sunni says to you "at ghadeer the prophet said "abu bakr is the leader, prove to me from bukhari that he said ali is the leader", what proofs would you use? First, the verse 5:3 '' today i have completed your religion'' AND this hadith which is found in 36 Ahlul Sunnah sources.
Hazrāt Muhammad al Mustafā (S.A.W.W) said:
Do I not have more right over the believers than what they have over themselves?" People cried and answered: "Yes, O' Messenger of Allah." Then Prophet (SAWW) held up the hand of Ali

and said: "Whoever I am his leader (Mawla), Ali is his leader (Mawla). O' Allah, love those who love him, and be hostile to those who are hostile to him."

what are we, but beings that love and hate?
how do you define "hate"?
We love what is good and hate what is evil . It's wajib to love and hate for the sake of Allah . (amr Bel Maroof + Nahi Al munkar ) 7th and 8th pillair in Islam.
We love ahlulbayt because we hate their oppressors (yazeed).
Also, if we notice ziyarat ashura which a hadeeth Qudsi, we start by cursing the oppressors(hate) before sending the salams (love) to the infallibles, which proves that hating before loving is more important .
I can also compare it to faith ! If we want to have a proper and pure faith, we have to start from abandoning sins..therefore we have to hate before we can reach the stage of Love of Allah.
It is probably the longest and the most informal post I wrote since i registered on SC lol

It's the eve of Friday , I'll recite dua komail..is there anyone who is in need of dua ?
May Allah accept all our Amaals and Dua
Very nice and enlightening answers (pun intended).
jazakAllah Khair. Yours were more enlightened
