Apparently, this is supposed to a drawing done by Sheikh Al-Baha'i

I am not exactly sure who the two Sheikhs in the drawing are supposed to be. Allah (swt) knows best.

Most probably not. Most of the scholars get their names from the place they come from. So, for example, all the Ayatollah Shirazis you know are not all related (yes, a lot of them do come from the same family but not all). The Shirazi just means they come from the area of Iran called Shiraz. So, I am guessing your friend come from Taleghan (if that's an area in Iran)? Hence, no relationship to the Ayatollah, except having origins from the same place.

Sheikh Muhammad al-Yaqoobi visiting the late Sheikh Baqir al-Qarashi during his final days on this Earth. The two were close friends. May Allah (SWT) bless both of their souls.

Shaheed Syed Muhammad al-Sadr and Sheikh Muhammad al-Yaqoobi. This photo captures the very gathering in which Syed Muhammad al-Sadr said:
“…the only nominee in our Hawza is Sheikh Muhammad al-Yaqoobi…he is the one who will lead the Hawza after me…”

Sheikh Muhammad al-Yaqoobi leading the Janaza prayers for Shaheed Syed Muhammad al-Sadr and his two sons, Shaheed Syed Mustafa and Shaheed Syed Mu'amal; may Allah (SWT) bless all of their pure souls.
