Is wearing socks necessary every time or just for praying namaz what do Marajain say about it specially i want to know the fatwa of  Agha Sistani !!

According to Sayed Sistani:


797. A woman should cover her entire body while offering prayers, including her head and hair. As a recommended precaution, she should also cover the soles of her feet. It is not necessary for her to cover that part of her face which is washed while performing Wudhu, or the hands up to the wrists, or the upper feet up to the ankles. Nevertheless, in order to ensure that she has covered the obligatory parts of her body adequately, she should also cover a part of the sides of her face as well as lower part of her wrists and the ankles.

Note: Recommended precaution means that it's better to do it, but not necessary.

1- As for the part of the chin and the under chin that are seen when putting on the common head scarf, it is to be considered as part of the face

2- It is not permissible for a woman to expose the top part of her feet to a non-mahram onlooker. However, she is allowed to keep her feet —top as well as sole— exposed during salãt, if she is in a place where she is immune from the looks of a non-mahram person

A: It is obligatory to cover the lower part of the chin not the chin itself, because it is a part of the face.

ANSWER:

The ruling for hijab outside includes covering the feet. As for the dress
for Ladies for namaaz, covering of the soles is recommended.

Hijab - Unbearable to wear socks

QUESTION:

I would like to ask the following question regarding Ayat Seestani's
fatwa for covering the feet for women.

I follow Ayat Seestani's taqleed but I never used to cover the top of my
feet as i have never worn socks and find it too hot and unbearable to
wear socks. I did not know UNTIL recently that the upper part of feet to
cover is a must.

Can I follow the taqleed of another marjia for this particular issue i.e
who allows the feet to remain uncovered. If I am not mistaken Imam
Khomeini allowed it. But can i follow of a dead marjia. If not, is there
any other living marjia who allows this i.e if i am allowed to deviate
from this point.

ANSWER:

On this issue, you have to follow the ruling of Ayatullah Seestani.

I am not aware of any Marja who allows the baring of the feet in Hijab.

Subject: Question [Hijab]

Assalamu alaikum
Please provide me with the ruling of Ayatollah Sistani and Ayatollah Javad
Tabrizi (if his rissaleh is available to you) for the following question:

Is it necessary that a woman cover the upper part of her feet, up to ankle
in front of a non-Mahram man? I know that this part is not required to be
covered in prayers, but I couldn't find whether it should be covered in
front of men, or not. What about the sole of the feet?

ANSWER:


Salaamun 'Alaykum;

Ayatullah Seestani states that a woman should conceal her body & hair from
non-mahram man. She is allowed to leave her hands and face upto the wrists
uncovered in the presence of na-mahram porvided it does notlead to lustful
glances. I trust this will answer the question as to what must be covered
and what can remain uncovered. I do not have the risala of Ayat Tabrizi.

So, I have learnt that feet must be covered...In my mosque, a lot of girls wear the socks that are like skin colour tights, so the foot and toes are visible, but covered if you know what i mean..?  Do you think this is allowed?

Do you mean stockings? I would think very thin transparent stockings defeat the purpose of covering the feet (which is to cover the skin) , but Allah knows best. Perhaps you should send a question to your marjae.
