Why has Iran suffered through so many droughts over the last few years? Many people would say "weather patterns, or whatever.

Well I know that there used to be a lot of talk in Iran about how we bought some of Russia's rainclouds to get ourselves through droughts. So I guess such technology does exist.

Rain theft is very possible:
I remember watching a documentary on the effects of global dimming which said that European pollution,
robs developing countries in sub-Saharan Africa of rainfall, because as is well known rain clouds move in
patterns, those created in the (north) equatorial regions move northwards towards countries like Ethiopia.
But as atmospheric particles are needed to bond with in order to promote heavy cloud creation (needed
for creating rain) the atmospheric vapours gravitate towards areas of higher particle concentration. i.e Europe.

Essentially all a nation would need to do; is neglect their duties to the environment to rob others of rain.

I most definitely believe a truthful, honorable nation like Iran on this issue, weather weapons are very real and have been shown to exist by experts around the world. As for HAARP it and its demonic imperialist capabilities are sadly very real.

Cloud seeding technology has been around for a long time. It isn't very reliable or useful though. You can make it somewhat more likely to rain under certain weather conditions but at considerable expense. Most people don't bother. You can't steal anybodies rain with it. Not that the UK would want Iran's rain, I think they have more than enough of that without importing it. They'd probably trade for a few sunny days.

LOL, Jesse Ventura isn't the most reliable guy to get solid facts from. I don't see why the US would unleash an earthquake on a poverty-ridden nation without any valuable resources. Moreover, the US's imperialist forces could easily take over Haiti's government militarily or through "influence," ie making it a puppet government (though its government is already really corrupt--almost a kleptocracy--and bases itself on the US and French political systems). Also, we should not attribute Allah's works to mere arrogant global powers. I was just mentioning that the Alaskan facility HAARP exists (of course its function is debatable amongst several groups).

I am an environmenntal geologist and not only that but im from the USA. I will say that, thats possibly the most ridiculous thing ive ever heard. And in regards to the topic itself, stealing rain from Iran is equally absurd...and as someone said earlier, seeding clouds is one thing. Stealiing clouds is another. Its just silly talk made by non scientists/conspiracy theorists/politicians.

It would be nice if it were true though. A lot of people around here would be happy to sell Iran some rainy days for some dry sunny ones. It's been very wet and there has been some minor flooding this year. And I am pretty sure Newfoundland could spare you guys a hundred or so.

Also, why would we want Haiti? Most Americans don't want it, thank you very much. We have enough poverty and corruption without that.

I remember watching Art Attack when I was younger, I don't know how many people know that show,
They said that that if large and high Tesla Coils could be constructed- they would be able to be used
to regenerate ozone in areas where it is depleting. Because the High-Voltage Arc's emit O3 as a by
product. Sounds strange I know.

A lot of trolling in this tread.

There have been massive investments in the science of artificial weather. A known method is, shooting/dropping silver in the sky (generally ) to increase the possibility to make it rain. China is a huge player in this market considering their dry lands. Here is a wikipedia links where you can begin your research:

I guess Iran is implying that countries in their region are using this method (or others) to make it rain more often on their territory and that causes it to rain less on Iranian territory.
