easier solution would be to get this program.

does exactly the same thing has MS OFFICE.
From word/writer go to file / export to pdf / then you are ok.
If the file is large then play around with the percentage's to decrease file sizes. Remember this will effect image quality the lower you go. So you need to balance between file size and quality. All this takes about 5sec.
