Salam ,
  Does anyone know about the lectures / learning sessions at the imam Ali center in fawkner, Melbourne.  i heard they will be taking place
once a week .Im not too sure when they start but they announced them durring ashura lectures but didnt specify exact details so would really love to attend, so any one with details please post.

The English programs at IAIC usually run on Friday evenings. They often send emails outlining the details of weekly topics, session outline.... etc.

You may want to be part of the mailing list. So jst contact them on iaic.admin@gmail.com.

Thankyou for replying, I am already on the mailing list and i didnt recieve anything . Do you know if they' ve started already and at what time?

Yes they have started the program. Its on Friday evenings at 7:30pm.

I also I haven't received any email yet. But I do know that the program has started- some friends just recently attended.

Who does the lectures ? And what are the topics generally covered ?

^ Most lectures are usually given by Hajj Ali Dirani. Not sure exactly what topics they cover, But I've heard that they're very interesting and beneficial. A lot of non-Muslims attend these classes and some have even converted to Islam.
