"Sometimes you find requests are not immediately granted. Do not be disappointed. Fulfillment of desires rests in the true purpose or intention of the prayer. More often fulfillment is delayed because the merciful Lord wants to bestow upon you suitable rewards. In the meantime bear patiently hardships, believing sincerely in His help. You will get better favours, because, unknowingly you may ask for things which are really harmful to you. Many of your requests, if granted, may bring eternal damnation. So at times, withholding fulfillment is a blessing in disguise."

Someone picked up the head of Hussain: "These lips that kissed The Prophet now kiss the dust."

Yeh but the got cured because of god, not because they want to the 7th or 8th imams (as), god probably has reward them in that mint to prove mircales can happen. Then you have the situation where people believe it was the imam that cured them so they countinue to ask them for help because thet believe its them that caused tge mircales....

But why would god want as to ask throu them all the time.... Is he using the imam to answer us back, so its easier for people to take in...

Stil theres suffereing in the world so why hasnt he stopped it, fair enough life is a test but why is it when a little child askes for help god doesnt reply back ???

Why would he want us to take the round about approach?

I still think you should ask god and then add in the imams (as)....
When Allah (swt) asks you to call upon him in the Quran, I feel that the AhlulBayt(as) are inclusive. Imams of AhlulBayt really do cure and many miracles happen with anything to do with these holy personalities. You won't even believe the stuff I've witnessed.

God doesn't arbitrarily heal suffering in the world, it is up to us. God occasionally intervenes when he Wills.
