He is basically saying the Reformists who are now backing Mousavi such as Khatami and the Millionaire Mullah (no name) but also Hassan Rowhani of selling Iranian shiite girls to dubai and allowing their trafficking. He also accuses Ali Younesi of the Ministry Intelligence that he should not sleep tight when Iranian shiite women are trafficked to dubai.
He attacks Khatami, the reformist movement, millionaire Mullah and says these men sit on chairs worth more than the Shah's throne. He also accuses Shahroudi of slacking in stopping of trafficking Iranian girls.
This was a phenomena that was made public during reformist era and they were notorious for allowing this to go on.
--Something important to note: Hassan Abbasi is now recently in Jail since the election campaigns. Some say because of Rafsanjani.

Ashraf, he has a lot of connections. I hope Rahbar will one day completely reorganize this government and the clerics leading it and allow younger clerics to take their position for the new generation. Because these clerics who form the hierarchy of Islamic Republic really have very little information on what the youth say or do or think.
As a moslem young man I also believe this is true. They are very uninformed and passive regarding youth in a time where we are evolving into a young ambitious/dynamic society that needs answers to so many questions they cannot answer for us.
This is how Salafists are successful: let the younger clerics do dawa, advise them. It should become a laissez-faire system with exception of Rahbar that is the supreme Religious guide and has to protect Islamic values, other clerics in the fabric have to be reorganized.

according to NY times :
Rafsanjani sent an open letter to him in the days before the election warning that any fraud would backfire, Mr. Milani noted. If he allowed the military to ignore the public will and to destroy senior revolutionary veterans, the decision would haunt him, Mr. Rafsanjani warned: Tomorrow it is going to be you.

Huh? what is this guy talking about ? he talks about fraud before elections even happen , he threatens (!!!!) Imam Khamenei !!!! he warns him not to "destroy" senior revolutionary veterans (meaning himself? on corruption charges?), warning not to ignore the public will ??!!? what public will ? so protests were pre-planned ? because when he tlks about public will, he is talking about the military, in other words not referring to the will of the voters (in other words, not talking about fraud, but street protests). Huh? and this is days before the elections... why were all these signals missed? was there no way to postpone elections ? or to find a way to avoid these dangers and prevent the threats from materializing?

With criminals like Karoobi who are open about their crimes, who even needs to resort to slander against the mullah mafia?

May Allah bless and protect Dr.Abbasi he is a very brave man.
These events are good for Iran because now the criminals are being exposed even more openly. Unfortunatly before many shias, and also IR supporting iranians turned a blind eye to the corruption in the government, and gave alot of excuses to ride them off.
I think now we have to come to the conclusion that probably large portions of the government are involved in corruption and we need serious changes through out the whole system.
Clearly its not just the invidividuals them selves, but specific aspects of the system that are allowing so many corrupt people to attain so much power.
