Oreo Ice Cream Cake/pie
Ingred:
Oreos
Ice cream
caramel sauce
whipping cream(optional)
butter
Cooking Chocolate
Cream
Method:
1.Remove cream from oreos and crush the cookie. Mix with the butter. Press on the bottom of the dish to make a crust.Freeze for 1 hour till it sets.
2.Make choc ganache by melting the chocolate and adding cream to it. If you want a harder choc layer, use butter instead of cream.Layer this on top of the oreo layer. Freeze till it sets.
3.Layer with ice cream. Let it set. Or if you want mixed caramel vanilla flavor instead of separate caramel layer, mix caramel with the ice cream and layer. Let it set.
4. Whipping cream is optional. Add the left over oreo cream to the whipping cream and mix well. Layer and let it set.
5.Serve when all the layers have set and its nice and cold.
