I guess you've read this term in a poem or a literarily statement. I'm not sure about the general meaning of the term but I try to help you with the meaning of each word.

ÍÇÝÙ: hafez: preserver, it's also the name of a famous Iranian poet
ãŽÏå:mozhde: good news
æÕá: vasl: connection, union of lovers
From my knowledge of Iranian poetry I guess this term it refers to a messenger or an angel.
