I have converted the entire documentary series of Ruhollah, Spirit of God into MP4 format. The video size is 320:240 in scale, with an aspect ratio of 4:3. It works nicely on my Sony Walkman NWZ-S616F - but if it doesn't work on your device, please PM me and I'll give you details of the appropriate software you can use to alter it to your dimensions. That being said, I don't see why it shouldn't work on other Sony devices.
