Brother MDM, if you don't mind me asking where have you heard this about the couple getting to see Bibi Sakina a.s.???
I am going mad just thinking of the emotions one would feel upon such an event...honestly I don't think I could
go through with it...and even if so, I would die from the anguish and sadness, literally....I really want to believe you you
but Im just having a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that HOW did they get to do this and why??? Iraq from what I understand us normal zaireen wouldn't be allowed to the area of Maula Abbas a.s.'s shrine where the water flows freely...people like
government officials and prominent marjahs are only allowed...or if youre filthy rich. So how did this couple get to do this, let alone hold Bibi s.a. in person...?

Also...don't get on here too much but Maula a.s. bless you and your family always and forever for this thread, thank you so much brother...khairaan hovaan Maula a.s. de matamiaan diyan..Ya Ali a.s. Madad
Brother its a true incident,it is referred in one book Mur'aajat, and must be in others but this is one i was told, and i heard this couple was Great Great Alim of his age,Syed Murtaza ilm ul huda and his wife, who were asked to change the grave of Blessed Lady. This incident is quite famous, and it did n't happen at the hands of any lay Shia men,but one of the greatest Shia scholar in history.

I don't get this thread, so there are flags that were in iraq, that people brought to the uk, what is the significance of them? Everyone knows that the alams that were with the Imam (a) in karabala did not have 'ya husayn' written on them.

What is the primary source for this story? Did Sayyid Murtadha write about it himself?
And they serve beside Allah what can neither harm them nor profit them, and they say: These are our intercessors with Allah. Say: Do you (presume to) inform Allah of what He knows not in the heavens and the earth? Glory be to Him, and supremely exalted is He above what they set up (with Him). [Qur'an 10:18, Shakir translation]

Now, surely, sincere obedience is due to Allah (alone) and (as for) those who take guardians besides Him, (saying), We do not serve them save that they may make us nearer to Allah, surely Allah will judge between them in that in which they differ; surely Allah does not guide him aright who is a liar, ungrateful. [Qur'an 39:3, Shakir translation]

I don't know, why should i claim otherwise,it is also being told at Ziaraat, you can look up for it on your own too.

But this is narrated by responsible people,so they must have read it somewhere, only if i knew i am going to join SC one day,i would have kept a diary and have asked everyone for a primary source. :)

I meant in Syed Murtaza's work,or can ask any responsible alim,if it is mentioned in his works,or what was the primary source?

Is that a crown?

Yes and there is one at Imam Ali(as)'s as well, but not on any other Shrine except these two.

Why are there crowns there? They didn't wear them.

Look brother,Why there is a House of Allah,He does n't live there? Why is slaughter,He does n't eat the flesh.?
Similarly, this is not for them to wear but to show Imam Ali(as) as 'king' of Awliaa,Awsiyya. And Her holiness is one who saved Hussainiat, and Islam both. So being a Zeenat of Her Father, and custodian of Faith,She deserves it too like Her Father, who helped Prophet(saww)in establishing Islam, and She helped Her brother saving Islam.

In a nutshell, its a little token of respect and tribute From their lovers, they don't need these things but our intentions reach them.
