i e-mailed sistani's representatives many times regarding such songs and they keep on telling me that if it is suitable for entertianment then its haraam

sometimes i would e-mail them the direct link to islamic songs and they would just tell me that statment again

the song i posted was a sad one, and how could it be suitable for entertianment?

please correct me if im wrong
