Someone's forgetting that this is the internet...

Judging by a first glance at this emo-rant of yours, someone sure has!...Your posts seem rather hysterical (especially given the trivial circumstances in which your Internet rage emerged)... well from what I skim-read anyways.

Then why did you open your trap in the first place? I bother you more than stupid food obviously, your rant about moronic "likes" of Leb scers gave you away.

Oh yes indeed Sherlock, throughout this thread we can clearly see just how you have gotten to me. It is solely about you.

I'd be weary of calling Lebanese food "stupid" if I were you btw, there are some sensitive folk on this site.

Could you be easier to wind up than AgainstOneself? Is that even possible?

Anyway back to my religious observations.

I may check this in a month's time for entertainment purposes. -_-

To be fair Prop, I would agree with ImAli about the difference between home cooking and restaurant food. Restaurants in Iraq are generally dreadful, but try the food on the way to Karbala, which people have brought from their homes - they're literally incomparable. And I didn't even get to eat much on the way since I walked with a scholar who kept reminding us that Ahlul-Bayt (as) didn't get to eat along the way, and that the less you eat the more spiritual you feel. He was right tbf.

I thought I was going to see something new here, not stolen Leb dishes and calling them Iraqi recipes...

Ba Dumm Tsssss....

How adorable...

Anyways, here's an Iraqi dish that is hella famous apparently...

Attachment Eggs & Dates.jpg

Baydat w Tamer'

Eggz and dates... Maybe I'd taste it, if the dates were well stewed first...

Now is this counted as a meal or desert? Please elaborate...
So this is actually a real food?!!! I remember my mom making that when I was younger and she would convince me to eat it by saying it's arab food. I never believed her, but she was right!

Purda Pillow! It's basically biryani in a crunchy bread crust, or an Iraqi version of chicken pot pie :)
