Apparently, Imam Sadiq [as] has instructed us to read this every friday. I don't have the reference or the source of this hadith though so I cannot say for certain.

Also, I thought that it would be a good idea to compile a list of du'as which pertain to Imam az Zaman [atfs].

1. Du'a Faraj. - It is recommend to recite this du’a in the qunoot of every wajib prayer. Shaykh Abbas Qummi [ar] in his book Muntahiyul A’maal that in the 3rd night of Laylatul Qadr, after praising Allah and sending blessings on the Holy Imams [as], this du’a must not be missed. In fact, whether sitting and standing, at every opportunity, one must recite this du’a.

2. Du’a Ghareeq. - When Imam Sadiq [as] narrated the conditions of the last period to Zorareh, he asked the Imam [as], “If one reaches the last period, then how should he protect his faith in such conditions?. Imam said, "He must recite Du’a Ghareeq frequently".

3. Du’a Ahd. - Imam Sadiq [as]says that whoever recites this du’a for 40 days after the fajr prayers, he will definitely reach the government of Imam Zaman [atfs]. And if he dies  before that time, then at the time of reappearance, Imam Zaman [atfs] will raise him from his grave. Also, for every word of this du’a, Allah writes 1000 rewards and forgives 1000 sins the one who recites it. [Bihar, V 102, p111]

4. Du’a Allahumma Arrifni Nafsak. - Shaykh Abbas Qummi has narrated this du’a from one of the special deputies of Imam [atfs]. He says that even if you do not get an opportunity to perform any good deed on Friday, do not forget to recite this du’a. Also, read it's exegesis.

5. Ziyarat Ale Yasin. - Imam [atfs] says that whenever you desire to call out to me, do so by reciting this Ziyarat. This is the MOST beautiful Ziyarat EVER. It's like you are talking to Imam.

6. Salawat of Abu Zarab Isfahani. - Imam [atfs] has recommended the recitation of this salawat every Friday after the Asr prayers. The Imam [atfs] himself taught this du’a to Abu Zarab Isfahani.

7. Ziyarat of Imam Asr on Friday.

8. Du’a of Imam Ridha [as] for Imam Zaman [atfs] - Imam Ridha [as] too used to pray for Imam Zaman every Friday.

9. Du'a Allahummah Asleh. - Imam Ridha [as] has recommnded that this du'a be recited on Friday in the Qunoot of the Asr prayer.

10. Du'a Ilahi Azomal Bala - Ka'fami has narrated in his book Baladul Amin that this is a du'a which was taught by Imam az Zaman [atfs] to a prisoner and he achieved freedom by it's recitation. It isto be recited in any difficulty and is said to bring help from Imam [atfs].

11. Allahumma Arzuqna Taufiqat ta'a - Ka'fami in his book Misbah Mutahajjid narrates that we must  frequently recite this du'a which is from Imam az Zaman [atfs]. It is recommended to read it after every obligatory prayer.

12. Salamullahe Kamelut Ta'am - [Couldn't find an online link] This is an extremely effective du'a which is found in the Mafatihul Jinaan complied by Shaykh Abbas Qummi [ar], after the supplication of Allahumma Arzuqna. It is recommended to recite this du'a for the fulfillment of one's desires.

13. Ya Rabba Mohammad - The author of Mikiyalul Makarim narrates a tradition from Imam Sadiq [as], "One of our rights upon our Shi'a is that after every salah, he raises his hands, hold his chin with his right hand and recites this du'a:

Ya Rabba Mohammad Ajjil Faraja ale Mohammad
Ya Rabba Mohammad Ihfaz Ghaybata Mohammad
Ya Rabba Mohammad Intiqam Libnate Mohammad
Sallallaho alayhe wa aalehi wa sallam

Translation:

O Lord of Mohammad! Hasten the reapparence of the family of Mohammad.
                  O Lord of Mohammad! Protect the hidden one of Mohammad.
                  O Lord of Mohammad! Take the revenge of the daughter of Mohammad.

Let me tell you of two good books related to this topic which is one of the important resources of shia about mahdaviat(issues ralated to emam mahdi)

They are:
1-mekyal al makarem fi favaede doa lel ghaem(ã˜یÇá Çáã˜ÇÑã Ýی ÝæÇÆÏ ÏÚÇ ááÞÇÆã) By: ayatollah mohammad taghi moosavi esfihani
2-kamaleddin va etmam al nimah(˜ãÇá ÇáÏیä æ ÇÊãÇã ÇáäÚãå)
3-al najm alsagheb(ÇáäÌã ÇáËÇÞÈ)

apperently these books are written to arabic. They are all translated to farsi.....I just finished reading the first and the third....I am looking for the second
unfortunately I could not find an online version (English or Arabic!)

may be I could translate a part of the mekyal al makarim to english later and post a topic for that....

AoA, Ya Ali Madad,

Hope you all are well and happy. I know that, Dua-e-Nudba is the best dua to attract Imam Zamana . But, I mostly recite Ziyarat-e-Ashoora.

Please try for one time, Pray 2 Rakat Namaz for Ziarat then recite Ziyarat-e-Ashoora and then dedicate the sawaab of this recitation to Imam Zamana .

Then see, whatever you will wish will be fulfilled Inshallah.

In Last, Dua-e-Komail is also awesome dua.. For attracting Allah, recite Dua-e-Komail with Urdu Translation.

Allaahumma Arrifnee Rasoolaka Fa Innaka Inlam
Tu'arrifnee Rasoolaka Lam A'arif Hujjataka
Allaahumma Arrifnee Hujjataka Fa Innaka Inlam
Tu'arrifnee Hujjataka Dhwalaltu An Deenee. ~~

To ward off any fears of harm from enemy help must be
sought from our Imaam:

Daily recite 2 rak'at Namaaz,
a brief Ziyaarat of the Imaam,
and then recite this Duaa :
~Yaa Mawlaay Yaa Swaahibaz-Zamaan, Anaa
Mustagheethun Bika, Yaa Mawlaay Ikfinee Sharra
Man-Yu'adhinee.~

Imaam-e-Zamaana A.F. had once given audience to
a certain person, solved his problems, and instructed that
if any one has a wish or is in trouble
(a) should recite this Duaa 70 times : ~

Yaa Allaah , Yaa Muhammad ,Yaa Ali , Yaa
Faatwima, Yaa Swaahibuz-Zamaan Adriqnee Walaa
Tuhliknee.
