^:!!!:  And "Kutee" cuz she wrote "cutee" as well.

Err, sis strawberry. You're not supposed to say that and neither are your friends

And you shouldn't say kameena either. None of those words are slang-mind you

I thought she was saying "cutee" as in like "cutie pie"

some of them are slangs from Malir. Ab tum poocho gai malir kia hay? aisay he jaisay Lahore mein alag alag puranay muhallay hain, each with its own custom flavor of punjabi..
ponka is a handy term btw. have heard it from non-maliris as well :)

Yaar is not slang. It is originally a farsi word, and means friends or lover or beloved. It has been cheapened by Urdu and Hindi writers and speakers and now constitites part of a thoroughly disgusting abuse "Maan ka . . . ."  "Behan ka . . . ."

Kutta and Kuttee refer to male and female canines. In themselves they aren't slang either, but are used as terms of abuse [or converse endearment among friends] as in "Ayub kutta haye haye" "Down with the dog Ayub"was Pakistans favorite street slogan in the late 60s.

On the other hand a friend may say to another "Bohat kuttay ho yaar tum" meaning "You'ne one hell of a dog, man"
