[color=#000000:post_uid0]Salam sisters
Since i just had a hip surgery , i was wondering if its haram for me [b:post_uid0]not[/b:post_uid0] to pray . Since i cannot move , nor do i have the strength to do all the rakaat . A friend of my mothers said i can do it with my eyes? 8O i have nooooo idea what she meant by that .
Any Suggestions on how i can pray without actually getting up?

there r many ways to pray, not just standing up and doing what most do...after all how do you think paralized or injured or sick Muslims pray?
if you r injered...lets say you can sit in a chair and bend at the waist..pray sitting down.
if your bed ridden, you can pray laying there and mimicing the movements wioth your hands
if your 100% paralyzed ive ehard you can pray in your minds eye.
you can still pray...irrigardless...this past summer sprained my left knee and was pretty much incompaccitated and thats how I did it...sitting down, I couldnt even stand.
